The foundation was established during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, a period when sports, among other things, were heavily impacted. Former athletes came together to make a positive impact on society and formally created a forum dedicated to the development of sports, athletes, sports infrastructure, and related aspects. Initially formed with seven members, all former athletes, the 'KF' brand was born, now known as 'Khel Foundation.' Khel Foundation boasts members from across India and abroad.
The programs of Khel Foundation extended beyond sports, encompassing support for those involved in sports infrastructure development.
They also provided various forms of assistance to ground staff, which was recognized as an innovative initiative in the sports arena. Additionally, Khel Foundation is unique in its support for coaches from various sports disciplines during the Covid-19 outbreak when sporting activities were suspended.
In addition to its regular activities, Khel Foundation initiated sports scholarships for young athletes across all categories and fields. It has also introduced another opportunity for the younger generation to test their competitiveness through participation in All India Tournaments.

Working in metro Railway as Assistant Executive. Played Ranji trophy for bengal, six wickets against Rajasthan in Ranji trophy.under 19 for bengal. Currently Trainer of Bengal under 23 team. Trained under 23 Railways team.

Abdul Jabbar is a renowned businessman and very well known in maidan cricket. Played cricket in CAB leagues for Md Sporting club for many years.
